The hook-and-loop closure on the back makes it so easy to dial in a perfect fit, even with gloves on. I've worn it through a full day of training and the comfort level never dropped off once.

I've worn caps for years on outdoor jobs, and this one finally stays put through a full day of movement. The adjustable hook and loop strap is solid, not flimsy like most, and it doesn't dig into the back of my head. It's become my go-to for any team drill or messy workday.

Fits snug even with my comms headset on for a full shift, and that adjustable strap on the back keeps it locked in place when I duck through doorways. Solid stitching that doesn’t quit after a few washes.
