Slid this on my battle belt and the shoulder padding makes a huge difference on long rucks. The contour shape sits right without digging into my neck. Webbing loops lined up perfectly with my existing pouches too.

The suspenders actually take the weight off my hips and spread it across the shoulders, which I didn't expect from a harness this simple. Webbing on the contour shoulders holds my pouches without slipping around. Two matches in and it's still comfortable.
