Tried them during a home repair project and the non-slip rubber cap kept them glued in place even when I was reaching overhead. The dual hook and loop fastener makes them easy to adjust on the fly, and the foam padding actually feels substantial without being bulky.

I was a little worried they'd slide around during my workout, but the non-slip rubber cap grips my skin even when I start sweating. The 0.5" foam padding is thick enough that I don't feel the floor at all during planks.

Fell on my elbow during a skate session and the non-slip rubber cap took the hit without the pad budging even an inch. The dual hook and loop fastener keeps everything snug even when I’m sweating. Definitely throwing these on for every longboard run now.
