The padded cross-back strap actually distributes the weight well, even after wearing it for a few hours at the range. The Swivi-Loc clips make adjusting the fit quick, and the D-rings are handy for attaching a small pouch.

The mag pouches hold my 30-rounders tight enough that nothing shifts when I'm sprinting, but they still pull clean on a reload. Wore it for a six-hour field day and the D-rings came in handy for clipping my gloves and a small pouch.

The padded cross-back strap is way more comfortable than my old rig, even after a full day of running drills. Mag pouches hold everything snug, though I wish the swivi-loc clips were a bit easier to release with gloves on.
