The hook and loop panel makes install on my carrier way easier than the zipper kits I've used before, and it sits flat with no shifting. The rear admin pouch swallows my map and notepad, and the MOLLE rows let me run a couple extra mag pouches. Padding is thin but it's been fine on two long rucks.

Snapped this onto my carrier in a few minutes and the rear admin pouch is perfect for holding my map and a couple pens. Only gripe is the foam padding is thinner than I expected, so it doesn't add much cushion. Still, the MOLLE webbing lines up cleanly with my existing pouches.
