Knee Pads 1

The foam padding is exactly half an inch thick, which I measured because I was curious — it absorbs impact without feeling bulky under my pants. The non-slip rubber cap has kept these firmly in place through a full day of kneeling on concrete floors.

The dual hook-and-loop strap keeps these locked in place even during long sessions, and the rubber cap really grips the floor. Foam padding is firm but comfy, so my knees feel fine after kneeling on hard surfaces all day.

I’ve been wearing these for a few weeks of practice and the 0.5” foam padding is just right—protective without feeling bulky. The dual hook and loop fastener stays put even when I’m moving around a lot, which was my biggest worry.
